Build an interactive dashboard called AI Use Case Cockpit for regional leaders of a luxury goods group in Asia-Pacific with jewellery, watch and fashion brands.
Start with 8 example AI use cases across clienteling, boutique operations, CRM, after-sales service, inventory and supply, and marketing. For each use case, give a one-line description and score the value and the ease of delivery from 1 to 5. Make sure the use cases spread across all four quadrants of a value-versus-ease matrix, including some that should clearly be deprioritised.
Show the use cases as a value-versus-ease matrix and as a table. If two use cases have the same scores, place their dots next to each other so that all of them are visible. Keep this first version simple, as a single page.
02
Change something
In the AI Use Case Cockpit, give each area (clienteling, boutique operations, CRM, after-sales service, inventory and supply, marketing) its own colour in the matrix and the table, and add a legend.
03
Three new use cases
Suggest three new AI use cases for our boutiques in Asia-Pacific that would help us get more repeat clients. For each, give a one-line description, the expected value, and scores for value and ease of delivery from 1 to 5.
Then add these 3 to the AI Use Case Cockpit, in the matrix and in the table.
04
Memo for the leadership team
Using only the use cases and scores in the AI Use Case Cockpit, write a one-page memo for our regional leadership team: how balanced the portfolio is, which two use cases to start first and why, which one to stop, the biggest risks to watch, and what is missing. Write it as plain text that I can paste into an email.
05
Owners and partners
In the AI Use Case Cockpit, add three columns to the table: whether the use case depends on partners (suppliers, logistics or technology vendors), whether it has a named business owner, and whether a business case exists. Use realistic example values and mark the use cases without a business owner in red. Keep the table within the width of the dashboard, with short values.
06
SWOT for one use case
Write a short SWOT analysis for the use case [name of a use case from the cockpit], for a luxury goods group in Asia-Pacific. Show it as four short sections: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, with three points each.
07
Download your cockpit
Give me the AI Use Case Cockpit as one self-contained HTML file that I can download and open in my browser. Put all styles and JavaScript inside the file, use no external libraries, fonts or links, and include all current use cases, scores and columns. Put the file in a zip so I can download it.
